Urban Furniture

About

The housing association WAG approached us with the task of equipping the numerous green spaces in Spallerhof, a district of Linz, with new outdoor furniture.

Goal

There were some specific requirements and goals relating to the project. One of them was to bring the various generations together through inclusive furniture due to the ongoing demographic change. It was also important for the furniture to be vandal-proof and easy to manufacture.

Outcome

The result was the 120° modular furniture system consisting of four modules, which can be arranged in unlimited different ways to fulfill different use cases and needs.
